CHAIRMAN'S MESSAGE

Welcome to our inaugural electronic version of your PATASCOPE. The tragic and horrific events of September 11 have changed our lives forever and, for the immediate future, the way we and our customers travel! The written Chinese character for crisis also signifies opportunity. It is this opportunity that we need to focus on and expand in our world of travel. We must encourage the traveling public to get back on airplanes, and by doing so NOT giving in to the demonic aims of terrorism.

Finally, we sincerely extend our heartfelt condolences to those among our PATA family, who have been personally affected by the tragedies in New York, Washington, D.C. , and Pennsylvania. God Bless America!
